The Brand Manager will play an integral role in shaping and developing the future growth plans for the company. This role will focus on building the brand, leading product innovation, driving awareness and demand generation. For the right candidate this is an opportunity to build a brand from the ground up and make the company a household name loved by millions of consumers.
The Brand Manager is responsible for building brand equity for the company line of products with the help of a cross-functional team, which includes other departments such as product development and sales. This collaboration, therefore, develops integrated positioning strategies to ensure maximum brand exposure for the company.

•    Lead recommendation of new product development including conducting initial market research, gathering data about where a product fits in with the rest of the market.
•    Manage project timelines for new products in collaboration with cross functional teams
•    Develop overall brand and product messaging to drive differentiation in the market and ultimately brand preference and sales.
•    Develop custom demand generation campaigns including messaging, activations and partnerships and submit updated summaries on brand exposure to management each month.
•    Assist in the design of retail packaging as well as the creation of web and social assets.
•    Maintain contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved.
•    Work closely with several advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns.
•    Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
•    Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
•    Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
•    Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
•    Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
•    Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
•    Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
•    Devise innovative growth strategies.
•    Align the Brand around the Company’s direction, choices and tactics.

•    Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
•    Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
•    Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
•    Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
•    Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
•    Ability to work under pressure and apply flexibility as needed to achieve Company goals.
•    Able to remain on task and meet deadlines
•    Display developing leadership abilities

•    BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Economics or Statistics preferred
•    3 – 5+ years’ experience in brand or product management, as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
•    Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
•    Strong project management skills
•    Exceptional verbal, written and report presentation abilities
•    MUST HAVE Experience working with outside creative agencies – Submit portfolio with resume
•    CPG experience is ideal
