The role is a full-time position.
This position is in office (not remote).
Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative duties to support financial advisor and senior support staff. Including the following:
• Entering client data into various applications
• Assisting advisor in preparation or follow-up to client meetings for administrative needs and understanding what is expected
• Answering phones and Correspondence, via mail, phone, and email
• Processing daily: client new account opening, client transactions-including wire transfers, contributions and distributions from IRAS, Journal Entries, ACH transactions, complex problem resolution
• Product knowledge in the financial services industry is required including:
• Trusts, wills, probate, estate processing, IRA’s, and Roth IRA products
• Provide client statements and knowledge on how to read and breakdown monthly and annual statement information and understanding tax reporting
• Online Navigation for client onboarding and Client online access
• Client action items review and resolution
• Daily team meetings and quarterly team meetings
• Organizing work flow and working in a partnership relationship with the client relationship manager
• Tracking and processing daily workflow
• Assisting with new prospect relationships and onboarding new client relationships
• Understanding a client relationship from A to Z and establishing meaningful relationships our clients in every aspect of their needs
• Working with a high functioning team who takes each day on with deliberate urgency and attention to details
Required Qualifications:
• 4 year College Degree Required (Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred)
• Must be detail oriented with strong math and analytical skills
• Must have experience working in a client service environment in the Wealth Management industry
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Experience in a wealth management and estate processing
• Insurance business knowledge is preferred but not required
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and maintain operational quality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet savvy
• Able to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated professionalism.
• Ability to operate under limited/minimal supervision.
• Series 7, and 66 license preferred
