Position: CAM Leasing Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Lease Administration:
- Review and abstract lease agreements to ensure accurate financial and operational data entry into property management systems.
- Coordinate with tenants and landlords for the execution of lease documents, including new leases, renewals, and amendments.
- Financial Oversight:
- Monitor necessary lease-related paperwork completion.
- Review all Rent, CAM, and Tax billings for lease compliance.
- Collaboration:
- Interface with Legal, Construction, and Accounting departments.
- Work closely with property managers and leasing agents.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare monthly reports, including executive summaries.
- Update databases using quality assurance reporting.
- Participate in and complete assigned project work.
- Rent Adjustments:
- Handle CPI (Consumer Price Index) rent adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with lease terms, financial reporting, and property management systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commercial experience (CAM)
