Client is a leading provider of cutting-edge engineering software and service solutions aimed at revolutionizing the way engineering processes are managed and optimized. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced  Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape within the engineering sector.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements in engineering software to provide valuable insights to clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure satisfaction with our software solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

New Business Development:

  • Identify and target prospective clients in the engineering field to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our engineering software solutions.
  • Clearly articulate how our products address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.

Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals tailored to the unique requirements of potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead negotiations with clients to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close deals by addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and demonstrating the value proposition of our software solutions.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
  • Provide regular reports to the sales management team on sales performance and achievements.


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
  • Work closely with the customer support and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding.

Training and Mentorship:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to continuously enhance personal and team performance.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferable Master’s degree in Business.
  • 1-3 years of successful experience in engineering software sales, preferably with software OEMs such as Autodesk, PTC or Dassault Systems.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of engineering processes and software solutions.
