Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP System Administrator to manage and maintain our Acumatica ERP computer systems and its surrounding applications including Magento 2.0, Avalara, and Starship, Celigo for system integration, and the standard MS Office Suite. The ideal candidate will ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of our ERP infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management: Administer and maintain Acumatica ERP, Magento, Shopify, and Starship systems, ensuring their optimal performance and availability.
- Integration: Manage and support the integration of Acumatica with Magento or other eCommerce platforms to streamline business processes and enhance customer experience.
- Amazon APIs: Develop and maintain Amazon seller API integrations to ensure seamless data exchange and functionality.
- Technical Support: Provide 3rd level technical support to diagnose and resolve application issues.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize applications to meet business requirements, including setting up user roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct proactive health assessments, performance tuning, and capacity planning to ensure systems are running efficiently.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, installation procedures, troubleshooting guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Security: Establish and review system, application, and user security controls to enforce regulatory compliance standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and execute process improvement opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering an ERP with an eCommerce platform in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Direct experience with Acumatica and Magento preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and integration. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and ERP systems.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
- Certifications: Relevant Acumatica and ERP certifications are a plus.
