Our client is seeking a Member Services Specialist to support their facility with concierge services to their members, event coordination and execution and social media/marketing. This is an onsite position with a schedule of 11am-7pm, Tuesday through Saturday. If interested, please apply!
- Concierge Services:
- Be the primary point of contact for members, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with any inquiries or requests.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the property’s amenities, services, and local area to offer personalized recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
- Answer and direct guest requests to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with reservations and requests, such as hotels, cars, and housing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to provide guests with the best possible experience.
- Stay informed on local events/activities and general local knowledge for referrals.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events at the property, requiring this candidate to have a flexible schedule and ability to work various events on evenings and weekends.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop event ideas, secure necessary resources, and execute event logistics from start to finish.
- Analyze event outcomes and gather feedback to continually improve event offerings.
- Social Media / Marketing:
- Manage and curate the property’s social media presence across various platforms.
- Create engaging content that reflects the property’s brand and engages target audiences.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive guest engagement, attract new guests, and enhance community visibility.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Hospitality is preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, and professional polish
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in social media and email marketing platforms
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as required
