Our client is seeking a Member Services Specialist to support their facility with concierge services to their members, event coordination and execution and social media/marketing. This is an onsite position with a schedule of 11am-7pm, Tuesday through Saturday. If interested, please apply!
Responsibilities include:

  • Concierge Services:
    • Be the primary point of contact for members, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with any inquiries or requests.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the property’s amenities, services, and local area to offer personalized recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
    • Answer and direct guest requests to the appropriate team members.
    • Assist with reservations and requests, such as hotels, cars, and housing.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to provide guests with the best possible experience.
    • Stay informed on local events/activities and general local knowledge for referrals.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events at the property, requiring this candidate to have a flexible schedule and ability to work various events on evenings and weekends.
    • Collaborate with various teams to develop event ideas, secure necessary resources, and execute event logistics from start to finish.
    • Analyze event outcomes and gather feedback to continually improve event offerings.
  • Social Media / Marketing:
    • Manage and curate the property’s social media presence across various platforms.
    • Create engaging content that reflects the property’s brand and engages target audiences.
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive guest engagement, attract new guests, and enhance community visibility.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Hospitality is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent customer service, communication skills, and professional polish
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in social media and email marketing platforms
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as required
