MOBILE PROJECT MANAGER 
The Project Manager has an integrative responsibility, for internal and external aspects of all services provided by Company, from opportunity, through installation, to final close-out. 
This position has no direct reports. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Customer/Account Servicing 
• Provides a point of contact for the customer for project communications 
• Provides professional customer interface and client relations throughout project 

Project Planning, Coordination and Management 
• Assists with establishing overall project scope and communicates with dealer team to ensure coordinated effort 
• Develops work plan, schedule and logistics based on overall project parameters, project schedule and scope, and customer’s goals 
• Reviews project site, plans and product specifications 
• Assists in establishing fees, developing quote/presentation for the customer 
• Provides technical consultation to customer and customer’s team 
• Provides point of contact for, and coordinates with, client and all third-party firms (A&D firm, contractor, cabling vendor, building manager, electrician and other trades, client’s facility and IT groups, movers, etc.) 

Project Administration 
• Maintains detailed project documentation across various platforms (Core, Company Tech Platform, Plan Grid, Outlook) • For example: Install timeline, OAC meeting Minutes, … 
• Provides timely, communication throughout project to client, dealer and project team 
• Ensures adherence to the budget and, when unexpected complications or issues arise, makes quick and necessary adjustments produce necessary documented communication between the GC/Client and our team of the potential of budget altering issues of site related conditions and or schedule delays. 

Project Implementation 
• Reviews technical services’ plans and specifications for accuracy, completeness, consistency with site conditions and dealer plans including correct product application 
• Coordinates with customer service for order entry notes and product delivery scheduling 

Installation/Implementation 
• Scheduling • Coordinate with all services (furniture, Architectural Product, Flooring, Av…) Install teams on install dates 
• Coordinating Delivery and Install with Owner/Architect/Client (including data and electrician) 
• Coordinate Pre-Install meeting with Design 
• Create Install package and review with install team • Generate WO, supply Install plans and product assembly instructions 

• Installation • Supervises site installation, including performance of work, installation administration and timeliness of task completion 
• Troubleshoot onsite issues 
• Ensures documentation of field paperwork is complete, and delivered daily 
• Mitigate punch during install and in coordination with Install team 
• Prepare final punch list 

Punch, Invoicing & Project Close-Out 
• Reviews Completion of Project • with Salesperson 
• with Client for sign-off of Agreed Punch List and WO • Review and training in product use 
• Relay new requests 
• Assists with punch list resolution 

Company and Department Operations 
• Contribute to the betterment of the company and department o Recommendations on process improvement 
o Introduction and vetting of industry partners 
o Assist in recruiting efforts 

Performs other related duties as assigned 
REQUIREMENTS: 
• High school diploma or GED 
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation 
• Readily accessible by phone and email during working hours 
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in the contract furniture industry 
• Has a strong knowledge of all aspects of contract furniture management, including account management, project management, order preparation, order management, installation, relocation and contract furniture administration 
• Has a working knowledge of interior construction, interior design, moves and relocations, trucking, furniture manufacturing and shipping, building management and current workplace issues 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs 
• Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus 
• Ability to work with peers in a team effort 
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays pursuant with industry demands 
• Requires regular travel

• Ability to exercise considerable judgement maintain confidentiality, and act in a diplomatic manner 
• Ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues 
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 
• A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision 
• Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment 

WORK ENVIRONMENT: 
Includes both a typical office environment and construction conditions with potential exposure to excessive, continuous noise, working in close proximity to others, working around machinery with moving parts and/or working around moving objects. Frequent local and regular overnight travel required including exposure to heat, cold, and inclement weather conditions. Mode of transportation for travel typically will include automobile and plane.
