We are seeking to expand our Corporate, M&A, and Securities and Capital Markets groups with the addition of a highly qualified and motivated attorney with at least 8 years’ working experience in private securities offerings, fund work, and joint ventures, including in connection with so called “506b” offerings. We seek a candidate who has strong academic credentials and prior work experience, and who has served as lead counsel on private placement offerings, private funds, and sophisticated joint ventures. Applicants must demonstrate a record of good judgment, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
